Looking for a good gluten-free wrap to fancy up your meals? This recipe is going to be your secret weapon. 

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cups white rice flour
  • 3/4 cups potato starch
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients into a small bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Best a small skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tbsp canola oil and pour about 1/4 cup batter into the pan. Cook about 2-3 minutes per side or until it begins to turn golden brown on the edges. Transfer to a plate.
  3. Continue to cook flat bread in 1/4 cup increments, adding oil to the pan as necessary.
  4. Serve with shredded chicken, steak, or another other topping you like. Also great as a side dish.
