  1. Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk to combine. Add in pearsauce, milk, eggs, and maple syrup and stir to combine.
  3. Distribute batter evenly between muffin liners (will be pretty full).
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire wrack before storing in an airtight container or freezing.
