Delicious for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, this potato and beef hash is always a hit. And with a grand total of three ingredients (YEP, THREE) it truly couldn’t get any easier. Unless, of course, it cooked itself.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add in potatoes and sauté for 5-7 minutes, until potatoes begin to soften and brown. If using garlic or leeks, add them in as well.
