Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp canola oil (or 1/4 cup water)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups white potatoes (peeled and cubed)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • OPTIONAL
  • 1/2 tsp 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup leeks (chopped)
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add in potatoes and sauté for 5-7 minutes, until potatoes begin to soften and brown. If using garlic or leeks, add them in as well.

  2. Add in ground beef and cook until beef is no longer pink, another 5-7 minutes.
  3. Season to taste with salt.
